RETURNS
Please choose carefully as due to the nature of the goods we sell we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’. In the event you believe your purchased product to be faulty please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. Depending on the severity of the fault Dingo Jazz reserves the right to repair or replace the product or refund the sale value. If the product is assessed and found to not be faulty or defective you may incur an inspection fee of $20 and be charged any shipping fees incurred.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
We are able to offer an exchange of size for our clothing items provided the original item is returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Other items will only be replaced if they found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges may apply.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 339 Clarendon St, Sth Melbourne VIC 3205.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the producst are your responsibility until received by us.
